Enhanced Caller ID Customization for Internal Extensions

We're pleased to announce that, effective today, you can customize internal extension caller ID names. This enhancement allows assigning a unique Caller ID name to each internal extension within an organization, providing greater control and personalization in daily interactions.


To activate this feature, go to the "Sub Accounts" menu and "Manage Sub Accounts", select the subaccount you want to modify, and then check the "Enable Internal CallerID" box in the "Internal Extension Number" section, and assign a Caller ID Name as desired.
