
Easily block undesired calls from your Call Detail Records

Effective immediately, you can block incoming calls directly from your Call Detail Records (CDR).
To do so, access CDR and Reports from the Customer Portal and select Call Detail Records. You will find the list of your latest calls with the respective caller number. To block a specific number, press the prohibition sign icon in the action column associated with the number you wish to filter.
You may also consult all blocked callers under the CallerID Filtering page, located under the DID Numbers menu within the Customer Portal.
